I believe this is an Ocean Images mount. I have used it with GoPro, Ikelite, and Ocean Images housings. The bracket underneath is designed to hold a battery pack for lighting. It can easily come off. The mount measures 12" x 3". The balls come with it and can be moved or removed. Asking $30 plus shipping from 47802. PAYPAL ONLY!
