Does anyone have any experience with the cheap "tethered" video cameras that hang down from a boat?

Something like this: http://www.seaview.com

Just finishing up my boat electronics and I have a 12" color LCD with video in, wondering if any of these cameras (or their cheap $59 ebay knockoffs) are worth trying to attach. Not expecting anything great, but would be interesting...
