Underwater test (sea) of the XTAR SD1 mini dive beacon. Thanks JoGeo Techlab tested its performance and resistance under sea water.

I have one, you can even set it to come on automatically by carefully adjusting it so pressure makes the contact, I clipped it to my sealife phone/camera case when the sealion invasion forced us to dive in heavy kelp where it was dark and “grabby”, it was nice knowing that if I dropped the thing I would have a better chance of finding it, also like the rechargeable battery.
