It is the brain-child of the Kiwi CEO of Vanuatu post to attract more tourists. It's open for an hour a day so the poor postie doesn't get the bends and they get about 300 punters per week. You get a waterproof postcard and a non water based marker and swim out to a platform and then scuba or snorkel down to the little cubicle. Quite a laugh. I will have to try it soon.
If only they could devise an underwater KFC, Mcdonalds and an ATM. I would stay down all day....lol
