Hi All,
I've been away from UK diving for a while but am hoping to get back into it.
I have been going through what little equipment I kept and have an old UK600H Torch. The problem is that I'm unsure what type of battery and bulb it takes.
From the UK website, they say the battery can be replaced but that the bulbs where custom made and can't be replaced. The torch does have a bulb but not sure if it still works! I don't want to buy a battery until I know you can get replacement bulbs. So my question is twofold:
1. What battery does this torch take - I know the battery I used to have was a lead acid rechargeable. I'd like to get a Ni-Cad rechargeable if possible.
2. What bulb does this torch take? I'm sure it was halogen and is bipin variety. Surely there must be a third party bulb that will work?
Thanks for any advice and help. Really don't want to dump, what was a perfectly good torch.
