can anyone point me in the direction of a Mares UK wetsuit supplier, dont really want to buy from abroad because of the imports tax thingy and it'll be a pain sending it back if it doesnt fit properly

What thickness wetsuit? To be worn where?
If its for the UK id seriously suggest forgetting a wetsuit and getting a drysuit.
