UK SL4 eLed Problem

Had an interesting problem with my less than 1 yr old SL4 eLed light. I noticed it was getting dimmer and dimmer....sorta surprised me as the batteries had less than 2 hours of total use on them. Finally I started at the center the little led was a faint white glow and then nothing.

Got home and all of the alkaline batteries measured out at +1.47v. To be sure, I put in fresh batteries and still nothing.

I will send back to UK tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem with the UK or any other led light?

Yep, same thing happened to my Mini-QED 40. Identically, as a matter of fact. I think the LED was a bad one. I figure I'll just have to put a new bulb in it. Had it about the same amount of time as you.
