UK Pro Pole

Does anyone have any experience with the UK Pro Pole? I was looking at the 8" one today, but not sure if it provides more stability (or other usefulness) for my Hero3. I don't have any lights on it.

I've got one. Works pretty good, but I switched to a DIY Goodman type setup so I could have lights attached with the camera. You can stick it out under ledges and stuff to get a view where you might not be able to go. Problem with that is, no lights.

I thought it was much better than using head or chest mount for the gopro.

I have one and use it quite regularly. Have tried a longer telescoping pole from another brand but found that I like the stability of the non-telescoping much better so went back to the shorter UK one.

I got the short one and trimmed it even further so that the camera sits right above the handle.
