I've been diving with the UK HID 100 Cannon light the past few dives for bugs and have grown to love this light. I can spot lobsters a mile away with this thing compared to my other dive lights.
I recently noticed on scuba.com the C8 Lobster Light and was wondering what advantage this the lobster light has over any other? It appears to have a white lamp and a red lamp. My real question is what advantage does a red lamp give when moving in for the take? Do lobsters not see red? They can still "sense" you with their antannae, no?
