Uemis Zurich algorhythm compared to ???

I was wondering how the Zurich compares to Oceanic's liberal algorithm???

We had some discussion about the algorithm in the UEMIS forum here on SB:

UWATEC mainly uses ZH-L16, the UEMIS ZH-L8+. When I compare it to my Oceanic VT3 the total deco time looks VERY similar. I think that Oceanic is also Buhlman-based, but I didn't find too many details about their "liberal" algorithm..
