Hi All,
I bought my first mask, a typhoon wide view, recently. The side lenses gave a pretty much unbroken field of vision in the shop, so I was happy. In water though, since the angle of refraction changes, I end up with a blind region between the front and side lenses.
Is this by design to give beyond-peripheral vision? This might be overly cynical, but I feel like they're made to work better in air than water to persuade people in the shop! Has anyone else bought kit that seemed a lot better on dry land?
The good news is i'm getting used to them, but I'd be interested to hear what you think.
Cheers!
