I'm a Fish!
Word on the street is that Santa is bringing a Fusion this year, so maybe he can redeliver my old drysuit on the way.

For sale is a Typhoon TRX trilam drysuit. It is a size M, with US 10 boots. I'm 5'10, 130 lbs, and it fit me without any problems. Features are listed at: Typhoon Trx Diving Drysuit
Typhoon International - Typhoon Diving > Drysuits > TRX

Basically: rear entry (covered zipper), internal suspenders, warm neck covering latex neck seal, latex bottle seals (new as of 2 dives ago, uncut), Apeks valves (shoulder variable dump). What sold me on this suit is that the outer shell is heavy duty Cordura, which is the same material found in the super durable CLX450. There is also Kevlar in the knee area. There is a large bellows pocket on the right leg, which zips shut, and has another zipper to make it bellow. There is also a small velcro slate/table pocket on the outside of the bellows.

I bought this suit new a year ago, and only have 20 dives on it. There are 2 years of the 3 year leak free warranty left. Wrist seals were changed a week ago (size S bottle seals), and the neck seal is the original. Neither have been cut. I have a spare set of M bottle wrist seals, and a M neck seal that will be included. Also includes: inflation hose, original paperwork/manuals, 5mm size M hood that came with the suit but never saw water (I have an overly large noggin, it seems), and changing mat bag.

The suit cost almost $1000 a year ago, and is still in very new condition. There is a bit of dirt at the ends of the sleeves, but that is the only thing making it not "brand new". I really like this suit, but I've been lusting after a Fusion after I saw one in action a couple of months ago, so out with the old and in with the new!

I'm asking $600, including free EMS worldwide shipping (within limits--I'm willing to lose $100 on shipping, which would cover US, Canada, and Europe. Outside of that, please ask.) Suit is in Japan now, and shipping to the US should take 4 days.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

Forgot to mention that payment can be either done through paypal, or you can mail a check to my parents' house in Tennessee.

Is there just no interest in this suit, or is the price way off, or what?

make me an offer?

I'm going back to the states for Christmas, so will go for $500 if you can wait until December 19th-ish for shipping....

Last bump before it goes to ebay. Asking $500 if you can wait til the 18th for shipping..

hi friend
i think US dealers were selling these brand new last year for $600 which may be the answer to your earlier question ... it probably also doesnt help too much that you are 5'10", 130lbs with size 13 feet ... a bit "out of the norm"
i do wish you the best and am not in any way trying to accomplish anything here but to answer your earlier posted question

Wish I knew of those dealers--cheapest I found when I bought it was 1000 after shipping and taxes :(

And I suppose my size was for more of a reference than anything--this is a stock suit, and thus is meant for someone 30-40 pounds heavier...

edit:
However, what I paid for it and what I think it's worth has no meaning if it won't sell. C'mon people--make me an offer I can't refuse!
