I was diving in Maui a couple of summers ago, and just went through my pictures again to find this one. It appears to be two nudibranchs of some sort, though I can't figure out types. Also, is this mating, or am I severely misunderstanding the situation?

I apologize for the picture quality; this trip was my first attempt at underwater photography, and the results were mixed.

Well, not mating, since they are both facing in the same direction. Ok for people, but not sea slugs.
They side dock, head to tail, right to right.

Just doing color correction would improve photo a lot.

Looks rather like Hypselodoris imperialis

There's a lot of info on: Sea Slugs of Hawaii

Yeah, that definitely looks like them! Thank you!

(As for color correction, ive learned im pretty awful at photoshop. Luckily, I've also learned how to use a flash since then.)
