We are planning to fly into Manila next autum and looking for a uncomplicated to reach and not too far away dive destination. Beautiful corall and macro are our favorates.

Anilao or Puerto Galera would be my choice. Actually, I would split the time between the two. Easy and uncomplicated-- great macro and beautiful reefs.
 
+1 for the above suggestion.
PG first because of the ferry crossing.

Another option is Visayas but that require domestic flights or direct flight to Cebu City.
