Hi,

I was wondering what are the procedures to send my Wing in for service?

I have 4 DR wings and my one REC WING that I use with a DR SS plate and double steel HP-80's seem to have gotten two teeny pinhole sized leaks in them.

wondering if it might have been bladder pinch?

Anways, it was probably something I did wrong and I was wondering where can I send it for repairs and what would the cost be??

I dont see any service/repair information in your web site?

thanks!

Koos

I've always fixed these myself with an innertube repair kit/or waterbed repair kit. If it is a small enough hole just a small dab of aquaseal has worked.

Hi Koos,

Give Mike in service a shout at service@diverite.com. We strongly recommend that we take a look at your wings versus a patch. Mike can talk you through a diagnosis of the problem as well as give you a Return Authorization if you decide to have us evaluate the wing.

Thanks,
Kathleen

Perfect, I'll do that, Thank you!

I had a hole in my rec wing caused by the metal grommet in the lower outer cover had been bent inward and cut into the bladder. Might want to check that.

Dive Rite doesn't recommend using a patch kit. However others have successfully patched their various BCs.

Patch kit and do it yourself = cheap.

Dive Rite will replace your inner bladder = more $$$.

I went with the Dive Rite replacement for my inner bladders.
