Hi board,
We’re organizing tours involving snorkeling in Palawan, Philippines and in the last weeks, we had two masks breaking in the face of our guests. They were both from our latest order last month from a local supplier.
We’re of course extremely concerned. One of our guest got multiple cuts on his face. Why do you think this happens? What should we do?
We don’t want to get one of our guests injured. These masks were not even used while diving, they just shattered while our guests were snorkeling, for apparently not reason (they weren’t diving head first or hitting them on something hard). Thanks for your advices.

We are factory of Diving Mask---WithingU, what we think the tempered glass lens is the most fundamental requirement. Some cheap one which are not tempered glass may broken and got guests injured, better to choose good quality diving masks.
