146 and holding (for a little over a week). Better than going up - given the 4 day holiday I gave myself :)

How did everyone else fare?
 
I'm bouncing up and down. :D

Today is I'm 165.0 with muscle gain. :yeahbaby:

But my waist remains at 30 inches but need to somehow work on the thigh and legs. :blinking:
 
I'm at 150lbs...I was at one point at 143.2lbs... but I'm heavily running now and increasing my carb intake, so can only think I'm either eating too much!! or I'm adding more muscle to my legs!!!

Off for another 10km this evening...
