Hello all! I am in the process of purchasing my first round of equipment and am thinking seriously about buying a Tusa Platina Evolution BCD. I used one on several dives in Mexico and really liked it. I found that it fit me well, and the location of straps, etc, seemed to be rather intuitive. I'll be diving primarily in Massachusetts, with warm water trips a couple times a year. Does anyone have any experience with these BCD's? What are your thoughts or experiences with them?

Thanks,

Kristopher

I have had that BC for a little over a year now and it has treated me well. Plenty of D rings around and the pockets are big enough to put whatever you like in them including flashlights, reels, and safety sausages. I am actually looking to sell mine if you would be interested, PM me.

We bought a Tusa Platina Evolution (Velcro weight pouches) and a BJC2600 Charter back in 2003.....

They has been around the world many times, now our son uses the Platina as I have a BP/W.....

Both still going strong and look great.....well worth the money....

M

PS we did switch to a Scuba Pro tank strap.....
