I've got about 200-250 dives on one and really like it. (Evolution) COmfortable, easy to trim, nice weight pockets, durable, good lift.

Before I got my BP/W, I had a Tusa Platina (model prior to evolution platina). I found that it was a good jacket style BC. I used the Tusa BC for about 2 years and never had any problems with it. I was always concerned about the velcro weight integrated pockets. I always wondered which dive one of them was going to disappear at an inoportune moment. However, I never lost a weight.

For the limited amount of diving I did with that BC, I thought the BC worked wonderfully.

I have had a 3800 platina b/c and love it, i did get a new sherwood avid b/c
last year and it still sits in the original bag, like the straps on the tusa better, (and it,s 2yrs old )
but hey, That just my opinion

I've had mine for 4 yrs. and it's great. Holds the tank steady as a rock. No movement. ( LP 95 and a 19 c.f. pony) It's more of a 'harness' than other jacket B.C.s. Fits great. Has HUGE pockets. I do keep an eye on the velcro, though. So far, so good.
