I believe these are XL. They fit my Bare dry suit boots size 11 US (XL marked on the boot) with Bare XL socks quite well. The fins come with stainless steel straps. I used them a lot, hence the scratches. However, there is nothing wrong with them. I am ditching my fins to get a proper trim with CCR and a dry suit, and these guys are a bit too heavy for my setup.
