I too am wondering about C.A., I read one report that said west Caicos was really trashed. This concerns me as it had been such a great spot for diving, I'm hoping that underwater not much will be changed as we were thinking about going this coming April.

I find island-specific info on www.stormcarib.com. They have links to each island and to updates from folks on the islands.

Caicos Adventures now has a note about it right at the bottom of their home page (basically saying everything's fine.)
