Turks and Caicos recent liveaboard diving ???

Hi, we are considering going on the T&C EXII this fall and was wondering if anybody has gone recently or know of the current conditions. I know they were hit hard in 2009from a hurricane, and was wondering the damage and how it has affected the diving there?? We went in 2007 and loved the diving, but do not want to go back if the reefs are heavily damaged. Please give details about the current diving and condition of the reefs. Thanks

We were on EXII mid-May. The only place I noticed any damage was one or two sites off West Caicos around the mooring. At one site everything was stripped clean going towards shore except for a few remaining big coral heads but the wall was fine (and a long swim out) so that may've been part of the reason.

French Cay was awesome as soon as we hit the water and down the wall. Coral on coral everywhere we dove.
