Turks and Caicos Liveaboards: Dancer vs Explorer

Hi, I have been on multiple liveaboards, including many Dancer/Aggressor trips, including Dancer T&C trip. I am interested in going back to T&C.
Question: Has anyone been on both liveaboards in T&C and compare them for me? Or several other Dancer/Aggressor trips and the T&C Explorer liveaboard?

We did the T&C explorer. Great crew and trip - very reasonable price. Sharks on every dive WhooHoo!

I'm biased but the Turks n Caicos aggressor is simply the best !!!! And great deals

I spent a week diving from the Explorer and toured the Aggressor. Both vessels are pretty comparable. The Aggressor has a little more space on the benches for gearing up. What kind of diving do you want? I chose the Explorer because they allowed solo diving with the card.

The Explorer and Aggressor dive the same spots and share buoys. We could see each other most of the week.

Haven't done both but did the Turks & Caicos Explorer this past spring and to date it was the best liveaboard I have done. We did have two couples on board that had done the Aggressor boat and they felt the Explorer boat overall had more room and said between the two, overall, they liked the Explorer boat better. I think you will fine the Explorer boat to be a little cheaper as well but I don't think it's significant. The difference for me would be the reputation of the management of both companies. They don't compare and that's why I did the Explorer boat.

This would be the category we fit into. We have done Explorer as a company quite a few times and 2 of those trips were on the T&C Explorer. We have also done Cayman Aggressor and Belize Sun Dancer. Explorer is my preferred company. You just can't beat the customer service experience they give you from the very beginning with the booking staff and all the way through. Great company!

As stated above the itinerary is the same for both companies and the price is almost always cheaper with Explorer so for me it's a no brainier to go with Explorer. We only used Aggressor/Dancer because Explorer didn't go to those destinations.

And by the way, T&C is my favorite Caribbean liveaboard destination!

Haven't been on the Aggressor, but when we went on the Explorer boat it was significantly less expensive. Perhaps based on the deals EV was running at the time; not sure what the difference is between regular pricing.

The Explorer was a fine boat in every way. Been on many liveaboards - including aggressors - and I can't imagine that the Aggressor is any much better than the Explorer. I'd happily go on whichever had the best price.
