Turks and Caicos - Charter for 1 day of diving before liveaboard

We are booked for the Livaboard leaving on the 27th of december but will land in turks on the 26th and have till 4pm the 27th before we can get on the boat.

we would like to pick a local dive shop to go out for at least a 2 tank dive if not more on the 26th

Any recommendations for a dive shop?

Bonus for a hotel that will be ok with a 1-night stay during the holiday time
