Possibly you are refering to Mata Hari Beach Resort (Mata Hari means "sunrise" in Indonesian). If so, I know something about it. A small hotel and dive shop with a tiny pool and a swim up bar. Great place if all you want to do is dive. I stay there often.

What I know is Sunrise beach bungalow in Candi dasa not Tulamben. As meisburger wrote, may be refering to matahari hotel - a budget hotel for divers in Tulamben, very basic accomodation but good diving access.

Or may be what you mean is Sunset beach hotel - another budget hotel, never been there. BTW, most of the resorts at Tulamben have good diving access.
