Oh well, I was on a trip over the weekend. Travel makes dieting hard. Have a trip this weekend also. Two weeks from now should be good.
 
Down 7.5 for the week; I'm a little worried that the big drop is because I haven't been replenishing enough water and it's going to go way up when I get rehydrated, but we'll see. Re-weighed myself 4 times this morning just to be sure; same scale, same spot, same time of day as it is every week, so hopefully it's for real.

I hate to say it - up 2lbs. These dark mornings have taken me out of the routine. I hate getting up when it is dark!!
 
Looks like another maintain week for me. I have stayed this weight for a while now without trying hard. So it would be nice to think of myself as "cured" of this fat curse - but I know better. So I could think of it as "being in remission", but that isn't true either. Like Alcoholics Anon. I will just have to deal with it - one day at a time.

Keep up the good work of still Weighing In guys! Even if you go up, stay with it. I had to readjust things a bit, but I'm still sticking with it. I have to WI on Friday now.
 
I got up early this morning and went swimming - the first time in a few weeks. need to keep supplementing that with working on the Gazelle every other day. Should get this last 10lbs cracked soon!!! Looking forward to next week's weigh in. :)
 
Ok, this is ANNOYING now. I'm not really complaining, in the past 2 months, I've gained a total of .6#, so it's not bad, but I'm suppossed to be losing weight, not gaining at all!!!! Plus, now I'm starting to get frustrated and feel like I can't do it, so it's setting me up for failure. I'm going to really stick to the plan this week and we'll see where it gets me....
My plans for this week originally included going out for Sunday brunch at a really fancy buffet to celebrate my b-day. But, I knew that I couldn't really enjoy it, knowing that I want to diet, and since it's my b-day, I called my family and changed it to a restaurant where they serve you what you order instead. I'll still eat decadently, but at least it won't be unlimited decadence. Hopefully that will count for something.
