Sorry to report I gained one pound this week - up to 173. I won't let it happen again and feel really bad to mess up the figures for the week. I have had a kind of lazy week. Need to get back in to the swing of things but it is becoming more difficult to get up early in the mornings now that the days are shortening. Guess I shall have to use an alarm.
 
Down 1 pound this week ... 193# now!

Had a friend in from out of town and splurged a bit too much. Also a bit lazy about exercise. So up 1.5 for the week. But back on the horse today!

I missed last week due to internet/AOL (?)problems, but I have maintained both weeks. Up and down a bit and not at my goal, but pleased to maintain without trying too hard.

I'm up this week by 1.2#. They only reason I've got is I've started at the gym 3 days a week for about an hour, probably retaining water from that. The numbers aren't too good but I'm already noticing small changes in my body so that's what counts.
 
A little late, but I am down for the week I guess. I was down 6 lbs, but bounced back up a pound, so now I am at 255.

No gain, no loss, ate too much but balanced it out with racketball and diving. :eyebrow:

For the 7th week in a row, I'm still at the exact same number. I know this means I need to change something, but not exactly sure what that needs to be. I guess I should be glad I'm not gaining, and maintence is not the worst place to be, but it's just starting to get frustrating. I'm looking at some snacking behaviors I think might be a problem and trying to change them, so we'll see how next week goes.
