Gotta get back on the dieting wagon. I was a bit off, and then yesterday, I couldn't even SEE the wagon! ("No more 'See food' diet!")
 
Hey, ten pounds is nothing to sneeze at. You're doing good!!

I'm down 3.5 lbs last week, which seems a bit extreme. I got back on the scale a few times to make sure I wasn't seeing things. I'm not starving myself, and I'm not going too over the top with workouts, so I'm not sure why the big drop - but I guess I shouldn't complain! (Or get my hopes up that this will happen every week)

Well i seem to have been holding steady. Exercising more, but i think i need to cut back my portions again to what they were when i was losing a little more - been cleaning my plate a bit too often! Still around 231-232#, no real gain or loss, however i should havd my muscle mass back now from the time off, so lets see some fat go away ;)
 
OK ... starting to reverse directions again! Down 1 pound this week, back to 194.5#.

I gained .2 this week.
 
I am down one to 172lbs. However, what is better news is that I finally had to go and buy some trousers!!! MY 38" belts are too big to hold up my jeans etc and I was going to wait but it was getting a bit ridiculous. In the shop, I could fit into 32" but not quite there yet to be comfortable so I bought some 33" jeans and a couple pairs of 34" trousers which are snug!! It was a great feeling.

I'm sure female "cycle" issues have to do with it, but it happens to men too. Probably not as big of a swing though for the XY crowd.

Backsliding here. Falling off the wagon in a giant heap. Need to stay on goal even when I have to pull all-nighters for work. Up 2.0 for the week.
