I checked in at 243. That's another 2 pounds off !
 
Didn't go to the gym once last week. Did dive three days though and that's exercise for sure!!! No loss/no gain this week. 175.5#.

From last week, I'm -3. That's a total of -6 since the start of the challenge and I should be under my overall goal well before the kids are back in school. I went back and looked at my week-to-week progress and made a startling (though welcome) discovery -- my only losses came during weeks in which I had at least one dive! (including a session in the neighbor's pool). I've got to keep this up!

Hey... sorry its been a while.. I'm maintaining at 217, but should see some drops here soon as I've once again made some alterations in my diet to better reflect my activity.
 
Down 0.5 pounds this week, which is better than I expected after my "big" loss last week! Down to 194.5 a total of 11.5 pounds since this started but a total of 14.5 since I started.

Log in a -1.5 for this WI for me. I am down a total of 15.5 and a total of 5 since we started this challenge board.

Now if I could just break through this barrier I have and get down to my short term goal. I am not going to give up darn it!
 
... for a total of 8.2 in 4 weeks! I'm very pleased, especially since I'm starting to slip into that zone where the honeymoon with the diet is over and I'm not as strict with myself as I should be. But, I do know that I'm doing more for myself than I was before, and I did go diving this weekend, which helps with the exercise, so I'm happy!
