OK, I've been really bad about posting here. I had to search to find that July 13 was the last time I posted! Dang!

Anyway, the scale this morning was 212# so that's +1 (for the five weeks). I'll take that considering that I was on vacation all last week and at a 2-1/2 day conference just before that.

P.S. Thanks to DiverG this doesn't put the whole group positive.

Ok, I am down to 178lbs. That is a loss of one from last Thursday - however with a weekend full of diving (7 dives since the last weigh-in) but eating out and drinking a few beers, I guess I should be happy. At least it is a downward trend and I hope it continues.

Errrrrrrrr... this is going to be an odd weigh in for me since I've kinda went dormant on it after learning I was going to get my shoulder scoped.. but here goes: -6# since my last weigh in. I suspect to be low a little since it wasn't my regular scale for weigh in, but its close enough for measure.

Why so much off? Well, we had a hurricane come through and kill the power for a few days then rearrange the foliage soooooooooooo I've spent a few days outside w/a chainsaw working out in a bone chilling 90 degree or so weather.

I'm down 2# this week.

Wow, looks like most everyone has done well this week. Personally I'm at zero for the week (not counting the skin of my teeth!). A birthday party, wedding reception, I should count myself as lucky.

well this is weird - I'm up 2 lbs, but down 1.5 inches in the waist - I know that means muscle mass is growing, but still odd since I've never had that happen on a diet before. Kinda nice except that my pants that were a bit tight need a belt now - lol

Isn't that a wonderful problem to have!? I've got perfectly good pants and shorts in a 38" waist that will literally fall off my butt now that I'm buying/wearing a 34" waist. (Went back through some 36" waist pants that I originally had to stop wearing on the way up, too!) I'm bouncing between the last and next-to-last hole on my current belt which I had to buy because my old one couldn't cinch tight enough anymore. I've got about 10lbs to go toward my goal weight and that'll certainly mean a new belt and probably some smaller pants. :D

I've been playing with the same 1# for the past month. I lost it again this week, but I'm going to try really hard to avoid gaining it back again - hopefully it's gone for good!

Saf...that happens to me about every 10#. It's sort of like my body has to get used to the new weight and settle in. I'll lose pretty well for 4-5 weeks then gain 1#. I keep trying to tell that little bugger he's no longer needed or wanted but he just doesn't listen!!! :D

Hang in.....this too shall pass
