How to set Subal D200 to TTL mode?

Is my "No.2/No.4 configuration" the right setting?

Should I set Inon Z240 to STTL or Auto mode?
What's the difference?

You are trying to mate apples and giraffes. Sttl on the strobe is for using a fiber optic link or with a TTL converter (Heinrichs/S&S) etc. The camera by itself in the housing can not do TTL via a hot shoe connection.

If I remember right (and I probably don't) there are several Nikon TTL converters. The current one is the TTL-III and there is a TTL-250 for the YS250 Strobe. There is also a converter N (at least Reef is still showing them) and there might be some Heinrichs converters floating around used as well.
