Trouble posting

While trying to comment on a thread I was rePeatedly told that my post was to short and needed to be at least five characters in length. Mind you my post was a couple of sentences long. I tried getting out of the thread and trying again, but to no avail.

Did you by chance happen to quote another user? Sometimes I've inadvertently posted inside the quote marks for the person I'm replying to and gotten that message.
