Hi
So I need something to stabilise the movement especially when I switch to the UCL03 macro lens. Easy to get a stabilised capture when shooting photos with a strobe that flashes for just 1/250 of a sec or less but not so for videos …

And also for wide angle macro where I want to leave the camera tray in position and back off a bit for the moments when the fish are being too skittish…

Any suggestions on how attach ball head legs to my camera tray?
Actually I prefer the the cheaper gorilla pod but unable to attach as the top screw is too wide and short to pass through the slits in the base of my tray …

Nauticam sells balls which attach directly to some of the larger housings. Ultralight has a pretty-inexpensive plate which bolts to tripod receivers, and threaded balls can in turn be mounted on the plate. Search “underwater tripod” on Backscatter . . .
