Which resort is best for you depends on what you prefer. For the nearer term, I'll be diving with BRBR in around a month's time, then moving over onto a full boat charter with Craig for a week (Divi Timeshare gang).
For Little Cayman, I know that Gladys (Pirate's Point) is currently fully booked for Thanksgiving and Christmas too. The early part of December can be a time of a slight lull in accomodations, but flights can be tough to come by, so you have to work the hotel & air together before fully committing to either one.
