We have been diving all over the world for many years. It was difficult to choose a dive group in Cozumel because there are so many. After a lot of research, we chose Tres Pelicanos and upon our first dive we knew we had chosen the best. We dove with them in March.

They provide personal service and they take care of all your gear. You will be accompanied by very experienced dive group and expert dive masters. On many trips there would be 2 dive masters for a small group of 6. Their boats are fast and quick! We had lifetime memories on every dive and saw incredible fish life. They do not make everyone surface at the same time.

The owners, Steve and Jeanie were wonderful. They are very personable and once you meet them, you feel like you have known them your whole life. Steve is the most knowledgeable and experienced dive master that we have ever met! We can't wait to return and dive with them again.

I may be wrong but I don't think Jeanie is an owner. She & her husband Mike are part of the team though & are a very good reason it runs so well.

Oops, my mistake. I thought she was one of the Pelicans. :)

Don't give up. I may be wrong. gopbroek gave this a like & he's a very good friend of Steve's & he didn't say you were wrong.

My understanding as well. Jeanie once told me she was not the/an owner.

Glad you had a good time. Was this your first time diving Cozumel? Where did you stay, and what did you think of it (the place & location)?

Richard.

@ Mary Thanks for your review... Be it Great, Good, Average, Mediocre, Poor or downright Ugly I know I appreciate every review posted here.

Jeanie is not the owner. Jeanie as been around the island for a while. The service and experience will always be the reflection on the whole team. For Steve the owner for picking Jeanie and the rest of the team was the first step. The second step was proving to the customers that they are worth coming back to. For the short time that they have been in business they have made people happy. I have been coming to the island since 1979. I ran trips from 1982 through 2003. I lived on the island for four weeks from 1999 to 2003. I send my friends to Tres Pelicanos.
