Travel from Labuan Bajo to Manado on the Same Day

Is it possible to fly from Labuan Bajo (LBJ) to Manado (MDC) and arrive on the same day? I’ve been looking at all flight options and looks like flights either connecting through Bali (DPS) or Jakarta (CGK), which doesn’t matter, as long as I arrive in Manado Airport and then transfer to a resort in Lembeh on the same day. If this helps, my travel day is on a Wednesday next September 2026. Maybe the travel date is still too far out for all flight options to become available? Thanks.

LionAir through Bali should be possible (prepare for a stop in Makassar). However you will arive late afternoon (even excluding the traditional Makassar flight delay), expect an overnight in MDC Novotel.
Many carriers publish their flight schedule only 11 months in advance, this is a bit early, : try next month.

Yes a bit early for flight schedule to come out , you might look at November or April to see what availability looks like then as an indicator of what might be possible for September (even though adjacent dates I am not sure I would look at July/August Komodo flights as a proxy for September because those are probably the height of peak season and airlines may add flights. Even when schedule does come out , don’t be surprised if things shift quite a bit.
