Inexpensive trauma shears and a sheath -- not much more to say about that. Shears are brand new; sheath has been wet a couple of times.
Can be threaded on webbing, or clipped; clip can be removed.
$10 for everything, shipped.

"Shipped" = shipped anywhere in CONUS by the least expensive of USPS FC, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or UPS.
Usually can send the very next day after receiving payment.
