Transportation in Hurghada

Which company is most dependable for transfer from Hurghada airport to Marriott Beach Resort ?

Why don't ask to the Marriot itself. I'm pretty sure they should offer such transfer service.
Optionally, if you stay just one or two nights there because you booked a liveaboard, ask also to them, the transfer should be included in the liveaboard price.

Alastor is right, the dive center will arrange it, or the hotel (usual price is +/- 15 usd, more expensive than normal transportation as there is a tax to enter the airport zone)

We have transport set up , but Marriott does not have a shuttle and dive op will pick us up from hotel the next day to go to the boat .

Google for "hurghada airport shuttle" you shoud land in a couple of sites that offer you very low fares from HRG airport to your hotel.
Please note that low fares require more than one person, generally two is enough, just check before book.
