transferring cloud to shearwater desktop

Can you explain further? Is the data in the cloud from a Shearwater App on a phone or tablet? Do you have the Shearwater Desktop Cloud program?

Yes, I transfer data from Perdix to iPhone/cloud, it's easy and from iPhone/cloud to Shearwater Desktop Cloud, easy the same.
I have a Petrel too and transfer data to Shearwater Desktop "Classic" from years, so I would like merge cloud to Classic. The other way, classic to cloud is simple.

I think this works:
Open SW Cloud Desktop and sync to make sure you're up to date.
Then click File | Export whole database and choose an appropriate file location
After it exports,

Open SW Desktop, and click File | Merge Database.
Navigate to the file location from above and click Open.
You'll get a warning that potentially conflicting dives (? same dive number ?) will NOT be overwritten.
Click Yes and it should bring you what's in the Cloud.

I already tried, I opened the file direcly too, nothing.
Is the problem that thay are different computer?!
