Tranpac kids upgrade

I purchased two Tranpac BCs about 7 years ago for my sons. At the time I thought there was a free upgrade on the straps until they turn 18. I just contacted DiveRite and they say that it cost $25 plus I have to ship them the Transpacs. They say that these are the only deals they ever had, I am remembering wrong I have found a couple old post that back me up but would like too know for sure. Also the shop that I bought them from has gone out of business so I can not go that route.

$25 and you get an upgraded BC and don't have to buy them a new one?

I've never heard they had a cost to that program, but for $25 bucks, sounds like a deal to me.

$25 for new straps $100 for new harness, but for $100 plus what shipping would be I can get a new backplate and webbing and use the wing off of Transpac.
