just started using the total immersion swim training and all I can say is "wow" wish I had found this sooner.

really has made a difference for my technique.

anyone else using or has used this system?

helps you to learn how to streamline your body and glide thru the water. I hope some of this translates to better streamlining under the water

How are you using it? Book, Cd's, Trainer or Instructor? Just curious as there are alot of materials they make available
