I recently purchased a small estate and there was a Torpedo 3500 among the items. It is in decent shape, some discoration at the top. I've learned it is the newer version that has 4 buckles attached. There are no accessories and i have no idea if it works. I have been offered $200 for it, but I'm wondering if it is better to have it checked and possibly repair it or just take the $200. If anyone has advice or wants to make an offer, let me know. Thank you.
