I got my Ikelite housing last wednesday. Somehow, my wife forgot to mention that I had received a package until the next day! Oh well, I guess I'll keep her anyways.
The housing worked great just like any other Ikelite product. My one small disappointment was that it did not have a button/lever for the assignable Function button. The images of the housing on Ike's website show a control at the top center, in front of the center latch. My housing didn't have that. Mine was one of the first ones off of the production line, so maybe they forgot to install it. I'll follow up with them.
Not having used a dSLR before, I don't have much to compare to. The camera was responsive. I was using the 60mm macro lense in a flat port. My biggest challenge was getting my eye close to the viewfinder without knocking my reg out of my mouth. I was getting better at it by the end of my fourth dive. The pictures that I posted in the links below don't do justice to the resolution of the photos. I can post blowups of specific photos if there are any requests.
Enjoy the photos and I'm happy to try and answer any questions about the housing.
