TLS 350 with only dump valve?

I just acquired a used dui dry suit labled as a tls 350 but after looking at it, it only has a dump valve on the left shoulder area and no fill valves like all the ones I've ever done why is this and what should I do. This is my first time owning a dry suit, but not diving one
