I was really interested in the article and couldn't wait to try it for myself!! Turns out, it's REALLY hard!!! I had a Dendronotus iris I was trying to shoot which I couldn't light from beneath so I tried to get my dive buddy to light it from behind and the light was waaaaay too bright. Definitely a fun practice though and it completely changes your shots. Thanks for the links!
