How is the diving from shore here? Is it a good plan to just stay in Dili and dive from the resort?
Also, was planning to go first week in Dec, will it be too late to see the Blue Whale Migration?
Not seeing a ton of info online, and no dive shops have responded yet. If anyone has operators they recommend, appreciate any and information!
