Multiple times, all with Jim Abernethy's Scuba Adventures (Jim Abernethy's Scuba Adventures: Diving Palm Beach and the Bahamas). I have lots of photos from the trips on my website, debersole.com

The dive is in about 20 feet of water on a sandy bottom. The sharks are baited in with crates of dead fish but are not fed (until maybe the end of the day to get rid of some fish). Divers are spread out in a "V" going down current with the boat anchored above the base of the "V". This allows the sharks who smell the bait to move through the divers for great photo ops. There are no cages and very strict rules of behavior to make the dive as safe as possible. While no divers have been hurt, it is very common for the tiger sharks to occasionally grab a divers camera and swim away with it for a few minutes.

There are several "players" -- sharks that tend to show up every week and Jim knows them all. In fact, he named one "Kimberly" after my daughter who has been there twice -- the first time at age 15.

It's a great dive if you're up for a little adventure. And if you are REALLY up for an adventure you can do the night tiger shark dive.
