I'm a Fish!
I think Becky will take over next week on these threads.

Good Luck everyone!

I'll post mine after noon today.

Well as i posted earlier... I got a new scale this week, so why don't I just start over. I can't be sure of how much I've lost. The old scale said 37 pounds, but my estimates are closer to 25 (holding free weights while standing on the old scale and then going to the new scale). So count me as a do-over...

Thanks for taking care of the posting for me Natasha - I will be back on the job next week. I will also do the totals for tomorrow from where I left off.

I was surprised but the scales said I had lost 2 more pounds. A real shock since I hadn't even thought about how to eat or exercise since the end of May.

Good Luck everyone.
Becky

I'm down 3. Finally getting back into the groove of things after our trip. Not a bad week, down 3 lbs plus ordered my camera housing for the 5050 yesterday. Things are looking up. Take care, Greg

COunt me as no loss, but then again, no gain :-)

This seems to be my cycle. Couple weeks of loss, couple weeks of plateau....

Chris

Not good. +2 for me. The highest gain since we started. I need to get serious again!

Well i was a little late doing it last night - i really need to get to the gym more often. 0# change, essentially, might be a 1/4# down, but that is not countable in my books. I shall try harder next week ;)
