Up .8 pounds. It's becoming painfully obvious that eating for an endurance race and eating for weight loss are 2 different things... Eh, one more week to go.

Down one pound this past week. But, I am still hovering in the gain end of my weight losses since we began this challenge. One the bright side though I have not gained anymore since this ordeal with my Dad's cancer and my thyroid problems.

Will check in next time.
 
Tuesday I was 171. Today I'm 168.

Mmm, been a while since i weighed in, had done some exercise and been doing ok on eating and weight until the cane's started coming through, i also moved house and various other small things came up, not to mention sitting around during the cane's and getting shattered moving trees etc, also eating too much from the stored up food that was perishable whilst the stores were closed - not good. Now planning on getting back together with it, i went to the gym last night and hope to jog tonight. I hadnt gained as much as i might have thought, but i dont feel in such wonderful shape right now, need to get that back! I weighed in at 231#, still down from the 250 i started this whole challenge on, but not at 225 where i was a month ago or so, aiming to get back to that and maybe below 220 if possible.
