Hi everyone -

I know it is still Wed but for the Thurs weigh ins here is your thread. I thought I would post it now in case we have some early birds.

Tues did real well - Good Luck everyone.
Becky

I had originally thought about doing Tuesday weigh-in but after all the Easter gorging.......

-1 lb for me

Julie

I must admit I was really surprised but I have lost 3 pounds.

Becky

Do you all really weigh yourselves every day or two?

I've been weighing myself once a week. Not only do I tend to see the differences in larger amounts, but then I'm not stressing a minor fluctuation when I go up a touch instead of down.

Only 1/2 pound lighter. I must exercise more. I don't think typing counts. :winky:

2 lbs. for me. Walking 4 miles a day is paying off. Guess drinking more water and less iced tea and cutting back on the grub doesn't hurt either, huh?

Brenda

Good job Brenda! 4 miles a day is great! How long does that take you?

ugh...yesterday was bad.....a little nervous about getting on the scale. I tend to put too much emphasis on "results" and I am VERY impatient ("I've been going to the gym for three whole days and haven't lost a pound!" syndrome).....

Heading to the gym for a swim at 5, we'll see.

This forum still rocks

Last call for Thurs weighers - (glad this isn't a grammer board :) ) Everyone has done great so far. Check tomorrow for our 1st totals.
